We collect the minimum needed to send you a pair of glasses and answer your emails. We do not sell personal data.
What we collect
Order details: name, delivery address, email, and what you bought.
Messages you send to hello@wearaften.com, so we can reply and keep a record of the case.
Basic, aggregated visit statistics about which pages are used. No profiles are built from them.
Payments
Checkout and payment are handled by our payment provider. Card details are entered on their secure checkout and never reach us.
Who processes it
Our store and payment provider, the carrier that delivers your parcel, and our email provider. Each only receives what it needs to do its part.
How long
Order records are kept as long as accounting rules require. Support emails are kept for two years.
To see, correct, or delete your data, write to hello@wearaften.com and we will act within 30 days.
Cookies
The site uses only what is needed to keep your bag and checkout working. No advertising trackers.
