30 days to change your mind.
If the pair is not for you, write to hello@wearaften.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we will send return instructions.
Condition
The glasses must be unworn and unscratched, in the original box with the case and cloth.
Two-pair orders are returned together; keeping one pair changes the price to the single-pair price, and the difference is deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the return arriving.
Original shipping is refunded; return postage is yours unless the pair arrived faulty or wrong.
Faults and damage
Send a photo to hello@wearaften.com and we replace a faulty frame or lens at no cost.
Normal wear — scratches from daily use, a lost case — is not covered.
Exchanges
One frame, one lens, one size, so there is nothing to swap for. Returns are refunds.
