Placing an order means you accept these terms. They sit alongside our shipping, returns and privacy pages.
Orders
An order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. If an item is unavailable we cancel and refund in full.
Prices shown on the site are in US dollars and are the prices charged at checkout. Taxes and shipping are shown before payment.
The product
AFTEN One is an amber-lens eyewear product for evening use. It filters short-wavelength visible light.
It is not a medical device and is not sold as a treatment for any condition, including sleep disorders. It is not prescription eyewear and does not correct vision.
Do not wear amber lenses while driving at night or when accurate colour judgement matters.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order, except where the law does not allow that limit.
