Shipping
US delivery in 4–7 business days.
Every pair ships in the AFTEN box with the case inside. Orders placed before 15:00 on a business day are usually dispatched the same day.
Times
United States, standard: 4–7 business days after dispatch.
United States, express: $15 at checkout for a faster tracked service.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Order volume around launches can add a day.
Cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay, based on the address you enter.
Tracking
You get an order confirmation by email, then a tracking link as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
If tracking has not moved for five business days, write to hello@wearaften.com and we will chase it.
Addresses
We can only ship to the address on the order. Check it before paying — once a parcel is dispatched the carrier controls it.
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we refund the item, minus the return shipping charged by the carrier.
